📜 Certification: Gems valued ≥$500 may request GIA/IGI reports. Others can be certified for $15/item.

🌙 Moonlight: Place under full moon for 4 hours
🔥 Smudging: Pass through sage/cedar smoke for 3 minutes
💧 Water Rinse: Hold under natural running water 1 minute (Avoid selenite, fluorite)

Deliveries to remote areas may experience extended shipping times.
Designed & Customized Products (e.g., crystal bracelets, necklaces, personalized crystals, etc.): Require handcrafted and processed in sequence based on purchase time. (For accurate delivery estimates, please get in touch with our customer service team before ordering.)
Shipping Fees:
FREE SHIPPING for all deliverable countries.

Please note we are NOT responsible for any tariff, customs fee, duty, tax, or brokerage fee (if needed). It's the recipients' responsibility to pay the fees.

Refund & Warranty
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to shipping or handling, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To process your request, you must provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item and its packaging. Once approved, we will either:
1️⃣Issue a full refund to you, or
2️⃣Arrange a reshipment of the same product.
Non-Refundable or Cannot Be Reshipped Items:
Change of mind or personal preference.
Natural variations in the size, shape, color, etc., of crystals (as these are inherent to natural products and not considered defects).
Customized/personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be reshipped.
Crystal Care
1️⃣ Avoid direct sunlight (amethyst/rose quartz may fade)
2️⃣ Store separately (stones ≤ Mohs 5 hardness e.g., malachite)
3️ Keep away from chemicals/perfumes
4️ Limit water exposure (except quartz/obsidian)
